It is crucial to understand the implications of the new NCE model, particularly the fact that you will have only 7 days to reverse any migration; after this period, the order will be finalized and cannot be canceled. Therefore, we recommend managing your subscriptions and renewals in advance, as Microsoft will automatically renew all subscriptions by default.
To avoid any disruption to your services, it is imperative to keep your Marketplace updated. Ensuring that your legacy subscriptions transition smoothly to their NCE equivalents is essential, as any subscription without a corresponding NCE model will be automatically deleted upon reaching its renewal date, potentially affecting your clients’ services.
