Optimus Shines at Microsoft Dynamics Directions EMEA 2024 Conference in Vienna, Austria

  • Growth & Viability:

    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is Microsoft’s fastest-growing application, now serving way over 40,000 companies globally.  The system is expected to surpass 50,000 customers in a short period of time.  This excludes the old Microsoft Dynamics NAV install base.

  • Reports:

    • Microsoft has added over 70 new PowerBI native and out of the box reports to V25 of Dynamics 365 Business Central.

  • Advanced Power BI – Agents and Interpretation:

    • Optimus is now bringing from Europe new Azure AI virtual agents:

      • Financial Advisor Agent:  Includes chat technology to be able to get financial statement analysis and interpretation.

      • Customer Analyst Agent: Real time categorization, risk analysis and recommendations about your customers.  Includes client profit margin calculations with statistical categorizations.

      • Inventory Management Agent: Real time inventory analysis plus assessment with recommendations on purchasing and promotions.  Includes profit margin and trend analysis with recommendations.

  • Industry and Horizontal Specialized Solutions:

    • Optimus added new solutions to our portfolio for:

      • Real Estate and Leasing

      • Commission Calculations

      • Food & Beverage

      • Retail

  • Sustainability:

    • New tools like the Sustainability Role Center simplify regulatory compliance and help organizations align with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.
